Policies

I want your experience at Lucid to feel easy, relaxed, and taken care of. These policies help protect my time and make sure every appointment runs smoothly for everyone.

Booking

All appointments are booked online and require a card on file to reserve your time.

Cancellations + Rescheduling

I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee.

You can reschedule at any time using the link in your confirmation text or email.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know.

Clients arriving 15 minutes late or more may need to reschedule or adjust their service depending on the time available.

No Shows

Missed appointments without notice will be charged a $50 no show fee.

Repeated no shows may require prepayment to book future appointments.

Adjustments

I want you to love your hair.

If something doesn’t feel right, please reach out within 5 days of your appointment and I’m happy to make adjustments.

Adjustments are for refining the original service and do not apply to changes in style or a completely new look.

Service Selection

If you’re unsure what to book, choose the service that feels closest. We can always adjust once I see your hair in person.

Hair History + Results

Hair results can vary based on previous color, product buildup, and overall hair health.

I will always do my best to achieve your desired result while keeping the integrity of your hair the top priority.

Guests + Kids

To keep the space calm and intentional, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo unless we’ve discussed otherwise ahead of time.

Respect for Time

Appointments are scheduled intentionally to give each client the time and attention they deserve. Arriving on time and communicating any changes helps keep the day running smoothly.

How do I reschedule?

Use the link in your confirmation text or email. This is the easiest and fastest way to manage your appointment.

Can I text you to reschedule?

Please use your booking confirmation link whenever possible. It helps keep everything organized and makes sure your appointment updates correctly.

What if I’m running late?

Send a quick message. If there’s still enough time, we’ll make it work. If not, we may need to adjust or reschedule.

What if I don’t know what to book?

Book a consultation, I’ll give you a call and we can figure out together which service works best for you.

Where do I park?

There is free 2 hour parking on the street and in the parking lot behind The Alley. If you have a color service booked, I would recommend parking In the North West section of the parking lot behind Anderson Seed & Garden; or across the street West of The Book Table.

What should I bring?

Inspiration photos are always helpful, especially photos of what you do and don’t like. Whatever you need to feel comfortable.
